As i said earlier the final members of TWICE were selected though a survival program called SIXTEEN that the agency itself create with a total of 16 members. The girls were split into two individual, the MAJOR and the MINOR. They had to go through projects like creating their own songs and choreos while the judge was only the CEO Park Jiyoung himself and sometimes with other guests. After the judgment from him the girls were divided into new positions inside the two individual groups. Now let’s come clean and say that the MAJORs were treating like actual idols aka more than one manager, car, driver, proper meals and the MINORs had to cook, take transportation and use the practice room only after midnight while the most of the member had school since they are in their teenage years.

Moving on to their debut, they released a mini album called “The Story Begins” with an M/V for their title track “Like OOH-AHH” reflecting on a girl’s feelings when she meets her crush. The album got also some tracks that were performed at the SIXTEEN program like Do It Again, Truth and I Think I’m Crazy
